At Only Burger Burgers and Fries located in Shannon Plaza, you will never be able to go back to drive thru burgers. The meat was juicy, fresh, and the carolina burger i ordered slathered with house-made chili was delighting. The french fries were juicy and hot, crispy on the outside and gooey and warm on the inside. The thing about the bun on the burger is that it pulled everything together, being butter toasted and crisp, still staying perfectly crunchy after being soaked with the juices of beef chili, ketchup and mustard. What used to be a food truck has turned into a phenomenon that people will never be able to forget after just one bite of fresh beef. And the miniature dive like ambiance had me coming back the next week for more. The staff was welcoming, hospitable, and warm to every customer that walked through the door.
Using my rating system, i hereby present the staff, ambiance, and of course, food, at Only Burger, a 95%. @onlyburger

What a great comment. This made me hungry even though I just has a truly great and large dinner four hours ago. Congratulations to the reviewer and the reviewee. Admittedly I am a relative of the writer, whom I love dearly, but this statement is totally unbiased and objective. --hlc
ReplyDeleteYum! I don't typically eat burgers but you make these sound so delicious. I found this blog from
ReplyDeletea link on your mom's FaceBook, where she called you her "favorite foodie blogger." I didn't know
it was you until I got to the bottom of the article; I thought it was a professional food writer. You
have become such a great writer and person and I am proud of you! And also, hi Grandpa. I
love you both and can't wait til the next time I get to visit. Maybe we should go to this place.
